We enjoy projects where we have the opportunity to participate in the development of young and talented people. Recently, we had the opportunity to cooperate in the production, delivery and assembly of aluminum joinery to Rzeszów.
The photos show the state in progress. Panes with solar protection properties and increased acoustic insulation were used in the external joinery, both in aluminum windows and in glass facades. An interesting solution for the aluminum facade was the use of a special type of glass with a ceramic print, thanks to which it is possible to make any graphic on the glass at the customer's request. The entire process of making glass sets consists in preparing an appropriate graphic file, cutting and processing the glass, printing and, depending on your preferences, adding special properties of the glass, such as tempering or combining individual panes of the set. Each print is precisely crafted with attention to detail for a decorative effect like never before. You can print on glass with dimensions from 3 to 19 mm and dimensions from 150 x 350 mm to 2200 x 4000 mm.
-> Printing resolution can be up to 1440 DPI (i.e. the length of one inch, the printer puts 1440 dots).
The print is highly resistant to weather conditions, does not emit toxic fumes and is resistant to mechanical damage or abrasion. Therefore, this method can be used both inside and outside the building in the form of table tops, balustrades or advertising panels.

We produced and installed the whole thing in the wall using a vapor-permeable EPDM apron from the outside of the building and from the inside using vapor barrier tapes. Warm window sills for smaller windows and warm ground beams were provided for the structure, which were installed under each structure starting from the floor level. The whole was prepared at our production plant, which allowed for quick and trouble-free assembly on the construction site.
Aluminum windows and sliding doors were equipped with aluminum blinds and roller blinds depending on the position of the walls in relation to geographical directions. Thanks to the use of motors in them, the investor has the ability to control the position of the slats using keys or remote controls, and additionally, in the case of facade blinds, it is possible to set the position of the slats, thus regulating the amount of external light entering the room.
The windows on the first floor are equipped with glass railings protecting against falling out, and their aluminum frame perfectly harmonizes with all elements of windows and blinds, creating a complete and uniform product.

The ground floor and the first floor as two separate premises with an area of 303 m2 each, automatic doors installed in the façade on the ground floor ensuring adequate communication for users and an elevator in the staircase enabling free movement for disabled people are just some of the advantages of this building.
Aluminum facade on the ground floor and staircase, it was installed without external pressure strips for glass, which results in a perfectly flat structure on the entire glazing surface, and the additional visual effect is improved by large dimensions and the properties of the glass used. Access to the staircase leading to the first floor is possible thanks to all-glass aluminum doors embedded in the façade and equipped with a pull tab on the entire height of the leaf, hidden hinges and a 3-point lock which will guarantee safety and comfort of use.

Realization and assembly of windows and doors in Białka Tatrzańska. The building structure visible in the photos is the result of the design of recently popular housing forms in places with high tourist potential and an extensive infrastructure for entertainment and active leisure, i.e. the Aparthotel. The visible implementation is a continuation of the project for the construction of a network of aparthotels in the Podhale region and at the foot of the Tatra Mountains.
As the DOOR company, we were responsible for the production and installation of aluminum window and door systems. We have made a large number of corner-joined constructions thanks to system connections of aluminum MB-86 windows with MB-77HS sliding doors and windows where the frame corners were connected at an angle different from 90 degrees. Lutek is variable in various ways: half winter, half spring. Regardless of the weather conditions, we are finalizing another investment. This time it is a warehouse and production hall with an administrative building located in Rzezawa. We are glad that we were chosen to implement it. The project consisted in the preparation and installation of an aluminum facade with a perfectly flat surface. The effect was obtained thanks to the use of specially prepared glass with a place for mounting and the replacement of traditional external glass pressing strips with black sealing compound.
The door uses both hidden hinges and a hidden door closer hidden in the door frame, invisible when the door is closed, with the possibility of smooth adjustment. Both sides of the door are equipped with a stainless steel handrail, covering the entire height of the door leaf. Thanks to the possibility of using all-glass doors, we have obtained a uniform glass surface of the wall.

The glass layer resembles a mirror and reflects part of the solar radiation. Buildings where the design requires the use of large glazing and tall opening windows should be equipped with aluminum windows and doors. One of the reasons why this material is recommended for large structures is much greater strength, durability and, at the same time, lightness of the profiles. Both aluminum and PVC structures, depending on the selected system, are characterized by high thermal insulation, but the material used and the complex production process of metal products make the products more expensive. For structures requiring diagonal profile connections, aluminum products are also much better suited, as they guarantee the stability and durability of non-standard, angular section connections. The aluminum window system is primarily modern. High durability allows for the production of large-size structures with the use of narrow profiles using window and door systems or mullion and transom systems. Glass
The larger the structure, the greater the price of the glass used. There is no doubt that in order to meet today's requirements for thermal insulation, glass panes should be at least two-chamber, guaranteeing the appropriate comfort of users. From the point of view of safety, the type of glass is extremely important in windows and doors where the glazing is from the floor level and the glass should be safe. Both the issues of the type of glass from the point of view of safety and the properties of the glass are the individual preferences of the customer or their properties are listed in the project.
Corner windows are an extremely popular solution, which can be made in two ways:
Connecting windows with a fixed post (section, profile)
Connecting windows using a corner connection of panes, the so-called "window to glass".
The corner connection with glass panes entails several important requirements that directly affect the price. Such glass should be toughened beforehand, thanks to which it increases its strength. On the other hand, the gap at the junction of the panes should be filled with a special sealing compound. This does not give the effect of a perfectly transparent corner. This is made impossible by the applied sealing compound and the thickness of the package of the glazing unit. (picture) If the investment involves the use of sun visors, the only optimal solution to maintain the sense of the "glass to glass" connection is to use a facade blind with rope guides. When planning external roller shutters, this variant of the window will not work, because the corner installation of the roller shutter guides will disturb the entire concept of using such a window connection.
Taking into account the standard dimensions of the mounting holes for a single-family house, aluminum window and door structures are more expensive than PVC structures. However, this does not apply to patio and sliding doors. Even the necessary patio doors, lift and slide made of aluminum, contradict the above-mentioned words. Because the same patio doors, but made of PVC, require the use of more expensive fittings, which automatically increases the value of the entire structure, thus causing more expensive versions of sliding doors, making the product made of aluminum an advantage.
In our opinion, by analyzing the appropriate orders and using our many years of experience, the best but also the most popular solution dedicated to single-family houses, taking into account price-quality ratio, is to use a set including PVC windows made of polyvinyl chloride (eg IDEAL 7000) and terrace lift and slide doors (eg MB-77 HS). The color options available on the market today make it possible to almost perfectly eliminate the differences in color between PVC and aluminum materials.

Due to modern technical solutions and original appearance, they can be not only a functional and durable entrance to the house, but also a showcase and decoration. The filling panels are available in many different designs and colors. The techniques of making milling cutters of various shapes, decorative applications and the insertion of insulated glass used in their production give countless combinations and variants. Thanks to this, doors with their use can be used both in modern homes and in classic-style architecture. The door fillings are made of durable and weather-resistant materials. Although doors made of aluminum profiles are considered "cold", it is only an impression - the modern technology of sections in combination with insulated glass and decorative panels filled with polyurethane foam allows to obtain a product with very good thermal parameters and a low heat transfer coefficient Ud from 0,44 W / m²K.

Equipment and safety
From the safety point of view, the entrance door can be equipped as standard with a three-point lock (locking in three places), unlocked with a key and with the use of a handle on both sides of the door. It is the most common and most frequently used solution, however, technological possibilities in the modern world provide us with extremely innovative solutions.
It is possible to fully automate the front door with a smart home system. Thanks to this, we receive information anywhere in the world whether our doors are closed or open, and if necessary, open them remotely. Being there, there is an option to open the entrance with a fingerprint reader, a hidden button, a card reader or the use of a keypad with an access code, or to open the door with a smartphone or even a face scanner installed in the door. For such an automatic solution, the use of a handrail is recommended. In this case, the triggered signal opens the door, and our task is to pull or push the door leaf towards ourselves without having to press the handle. A huge selection of various types of handrails, e.g. recessed into a door panel or a simple surface with additional wooden elements, gives us countless options for configuring the door from the point of view of the visual effect. Assembly
Remember that external doors should first of all be matched to the openings in the wall designed by the architect and made by the bricklayers. The most frequently chosen method is the installation in the wall with the use of mounting foam around the perimeter of the structure and covering it and protecting it against nuisance weather conditions (e.g. sun, wind, rain) with a vapor-permeable tape from the outside. Thanks to this, we gain a durable and safe installation of the entrance door, and thanks to the vapor-permeable properties of the tape, moisture from the inside has a chance to get outside the building.
Limits in the production of windows and doors have been exceeded. Aluminum sliding doors in the SKYLINE TYPE R system are primarily a time-consuming and extremely precise production stage. In order for the product to work flawlessly and to present itself in your apartment with dignity, it must go through a complicated prefabrication route to reach its final destination. It requires a lot of commitment, qualified staff and an appropriate CNC machining center. Starting from the first stage, which is the measurement of the structure on the construction site and arrangements for assembly and equipment, to the preparation of an appropriate technical drawing, dimensioning and setting of machines. Then the long-term stage of assembling aluminum profiles in sterile conditions and gluing individual elements to the glass. Everything must be done with high accuracy, as discrepancies within a few millimeters may lead to problems with their functioning. The margin of error is 0, because after gluing it is not possible to disassemble the structure. It is necessary to start production from scratch using new materials. Quality control is the last part in which we check the correctness of execution and compliance with the order.
