The ALUPROF MB-45 door system
MB-45 aluminum system, which is without thermal insulation and is used to create internal structures, i.e. doors, partition walls, manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, shop windows, cash boxes, showcases and spatial structures. The structure depth of both the frame and the leaf is 45mm, which gives the door the flush surface of the leaf and frame. An important feature of MB-45 profiles is that they can be bent, which allows for obtaining various types of arches and arch structures. The tightness of the structure is ensured by the used EPDM rubber gaskets.

Aluminum All-Glass Doors without Frame

The ALUPROF MB-45 OFFICE door system
MB-45 OFFICE this system is used to make permanent partition walls and equipped with swinging or all-glass doors. A characteristic feature is that the load-bearing element of the structure is toughened glass. This system is dedicated to the construction of light and, at the same time, solid walls in conference and office rooms with clearly marked doors. This system is based on the MB-45 system profiles, which allows you to combine these two systems. The MB-45 OFFICE system is compatible with Aluprof, Geze, CDA and WSS hinges, locks and door closers. In the structures of this system, glass panes with a thickness of 2 to 25 mm are mounted, i.e. they can be single and double glazing, but most often toughened panes with a thickness of 8, 10 or 12 mm are selected for this system, which gives the greatest security and they are installed by means of glazing beads and gaskets.

The ALUPROF MB-EXPO door system
MB-EXPO is a system of fixed, equipped with doors and mobile partition walls, it is used to make internal partitions, the characteristic feature of which is that the toughened glass is the load-bearing element of the structure. Due to the possibility of building high rooms and obtaining wide and high passages, such structures are most often found in shopping centers and office buildings. The elements of this system can be used to make fixed walls, all-glass hinged and swing doors as well as parked door segments - folding and folding. The maximum height of the wall that we can make is 4000mm. The MB-EXPO system uses 8, 10 and 12 mm thick tempered glass. The glazing gaskets are invisible on one or the other side.
