Building a single-family house in the spring can be a good choice, because favorable weather conditions can speed up the pace of construction work. In spring, the air temperature is already higher than in winter, but not as high as in summer, which allows for effective construction work.

On the ongoing construction (as you can see in the attached photos), we used:

We produced and installed the whole thing in the wall using a vapor-permeable EPDM apron from the outside of the building and from the inside using vapor barrier tapes. Warm window sills for smaller windows and warm ground beams were provided for the structure, which were installed under each structure starting from the floor level. The whole was prepared at our production plant, which allowed for quick and trouble-free assembly on the construction site.

Aluminum windows and sliding doors were equipped with aluminum blinds and roller blinds depending on the position of the walls in relation to geographical directions. Thanks to the use of motors in them, the investor has the ability to control the position of the slats using keys or remote controls, and additionally, in the case of facade blinds, it is possible to set the position of the slats, thus regulating the amount of external light entering the room.

The windows on the first floor are equipped with glass railings protecting against falling out, and their aluminum frame perfectly harmonizes with all elements of windows and blinds, creating a complete and uniform product.

Self-supporting shutter has been designed mainly for facade installation in facilities with large glazing. Thanks to the well-thought-out structure, the load-bearing elements of the system are guides, which transfer the entire load to the facade pillars. Thus, there is no need for additional fixing of the cover cassette, which is a decorative element thanks to its aesthetic finish. It is made of extruded aluminum and is available in two shapes: oval and square, to which the guides have been adapted.

The shutter in the adaptive version it is designed for installation on the facade or in a window recess in already existing buildings. The protective cassette is made of 1,2 mm thick aluminum sheet as standard and available in 4 variants of development.

Depending on the users' needs, the blinds can be controlled by an electric drive with a key switch, a wall transmitter or a remote control, as well as through the use of intelligent control via a computer, tablet or smartphone. You can choose the company's motors and automation Somfy or Elero.

Electric control (electric drive) is the simplest but more affordable solution. The blind is raised and lowered by an electric actuator. Electric actuators ensure maximum operating comfort. We can choose from:

Commands to lower, raise or stop are sent to the actuator via the remote control or wall transmitter. This type of control allows us to unlimited configuration options.
wired control- the ability to operate the roller shutter with a key switch, key switch or rotary switch (the switches can be supported or not supported). Thanks to the use of control systems, it is possible to configure many individual solutions. However, this requires significantly more wiring, appropriate binding and grouping of the blinds according to the customer's preferences.
