- Personal data to the extent specified in art. 222 1 of the Labor Code will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process pursuant to art. 221 of the Labor Code in connection with joke. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") as part of the legal obligation incumbent on the data controller. - Personal data will also be processed for the purpose of future recruitments, but only with the prior consent of the data subject.
