Sliding doors are an aesthetic, safe, and convenient solution for users. Due to their properties, they are used in both small facilities and large office buildings and shopping centers.

The MB-DPA design allows for the construction of door leaves in two variants: from thermally insulated profiles from the MB-59S Casement and MB-79N Casement systems , or from profiles without a thermal break from the MB-45 system . A significant advantage of this solution is the large permissible dimensions and weight of the structure . Door leaves can reach a width of up to 3000 mm , and their maximum weight is 200 kg.

Building

The structural depth of the profiles is 70 mm for thermally insulated profiles and 45 mm for uninsulated profiles . MB-DPA sliding doors can be used in a variety of building types.

The system can function as a structure mounted directly to the wall , in glazed internal walls of the MB-45 system , in aluminum and glass facades of the MB-SR50N system , or in display structures . Depending on thermal insulation requirements, they can be made from profiles of the MB-59S, MB-60, MB-79N, MB-86, or MB-86N systems.

Aluprof window and door systems offer a wide range of crosspiece and frame profiles , enabling installation of most commercially available sliding door automation systems . This allows for flexible selection of control mechanisms, regardless of the type of installation.

A wide range of fillings

Depending on the version and needs, the door leaf can be filled single glass, insulated glass and/ or opaque fillingsThe filling thickness range is from 1 mm to 56 mm.

Comfort and safety of use

Thanks to their operating principle, sliding doors save space and ensure safe operation. The automatic opening version also guarantees high comfort of use, free from architectural barriers.

Due to the lack of a threshold, doors installed in external structures should be protected from direct exposure to rainwater. The system also allows for the construction of doors with a so-called "safety gap" of 8 mm , in accordance with the requirements of the EN 16005 standard.
