Our client from the Krakow area decided to install aluminum knee windows, which perfectly matched the modern style of his home. In this project, we used high-quality aluminum windows, which, thanks to their durability and excellent thermal parameters, met the investor's expectations in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.

The knee windows were placed on the ground floor of the house, creating an impressive visual effect, while also providing natural light to the existing rooms. The blinds were controlled by a remote control, but there is also the possibility of integration with the smart home system, which allows automatic management of covers depending on the weather or time of day.

Facade blinds perfectly protect interiors from overheating on hot days, which is especially important in summer, when the sun's rays can significantly increase the temperature inside rooms. Thanks to them, the owners of the house could enjoy pleasant coolness even on the hottest days, while maintaining an excellent view of the garden surrounding the house.

The roof part of the knee window requires a special approach to sun protection, because the facade blinds are mounted only on the vertical part of the window. Here, the Reflectola comes to the rescue – outer fabric, which effectively protects against the sun, preventing the attic from overheating. Screen is a solution dedicated to roof window parts, which works great in buildings with a modern shape, where large glazing are one of the key elements of architecture.

The refleksola used in our project was electrically controlled and equipped with a fabric highly resistant to weather conditions. Additionally, thanks to the use of special fabrics with an appropriate degree of light transmittance, the refleksola not only protected the interior from the sun, but also provided a view to the outside, which is especially important for houses located in picturesque areas, such as the areas around Krakow, Tarnów or Bochnia.
